MANAGEMENT

The idea to set up this company is to provide jobs for young generation and a chance to develop and improve their skill besides making benefit for company.
12 years experience in an International Company, PT. Siemens Indonesia & PT Schneider Electric, Japan Company and 10 years experience in developing local EPC company, encouraged me to set up PT. PT. Cipta Indonesia Alpha is committed to being an engineering, procurement & construction company leader in conducting our business responsibly so that we can protect our employees, customer, supplier, sub-contractors, and other interested parties. Our Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHSE) commitment is a core value of the corporation and an integral part of our business activities.
Our goal is the elimination of work-related-injury, illness and adverse environmental impact. Major accident risks are minimized through the efforts of major hazard identification, assessment and control plan.
We are committed to continuous improvement, and to eliminate the potential environmental impacts of the entire field job we are assigned – those being energy usage and waste. Individual OHSE objectives and targets are set and reviewed annually.
Employees and sub-contractors take ownership of safety by not accepting unsafe behavior from anyone. In our decisions and actions, we will not jeopardize safety, or the protection of the environment.
